We draw on the expertise, experience and continued engagement of our Council and committees, both nationally and regionally, to help us to deliver the range of support that we provide to members.
National
R3 operates a number of national committees to directly support R3’s operations, bringing together specialist expertise and knowledge to support members and provide input and experience to shape our policy and lobbying work.
Regional network
Through our network of regional committees we connect members at a local level providing opportunities to engage directly with other restructuring, turnaround and insolvency professionals at a range of events enabling you to build strong, supportive networks.
The regional committees also provide representation of the membership ensuring regional views and experiences are heard throughout R3 and beyond.

Council
R3 council members represent our wider membership, act as ambassadors for R3 and are vital to the strategic decision-making process of R3. Council members, working together with the CEO, are responsible for the management of R3 and setting the strategy and policy direction of the organisation.
Faculties
With support from specialists from across the profession including academics, judges and stakeholders, our faculties address specific issues affecting businesses and individuals.
