Policy Group

R3’s Policy Group brings together a broad cross‑section of members to help shape R3’s thought leadership and policy positions on the issues that matter to the insolvency and restructuring community. The group provides expert insight on developments affecting practitioners, individuals and businesses in financial distress and it acts as a forum for debate on emerging trends and challenges.
The Policy Group also plays a key role in formulating recommendations for legislative and regulatory reform and provides input into R3’s responses to government and parliamentary consultations.
