R3’s mentoring programme connects professionals across our community, offering guidance, support, and inspiration through the shared experience of our members. Each mentoring partnership runs for six months (with the option to extend to a year), and you can return to the programme as often as you wish. To help you make the most of the mentoring programme, R3’s Training Academy provides an induction and ongoing support.
Our matching process allows Mentees to select a Mentor from a Mentor Portfolio. Once they have made their selection, they are connected with their Mentor via the R3 Training Manager. They can then arrange their initial meeting at a time to suit both parties and begin their sessions.
