Fraud & Asset Recovery Group

R3’s Fraud & Asset Recovery Group (FARG) brings together specialists who use the UK’s insolvency framework to investigate fraud, recover assets and secure redress for creditors. The group provides expert insights on emerging fraud issues, contributes to best‑practice guidance and supports R3’s responses to government and regulatory consultations on fraud and financial wrongdoing.
