Scottish Technical Committee

The Scottish Technical Committee (STC) focuses on issues of technical importance to the profession as they apply in Scotland. It keeps under review UK, Scottish and relevant EU legislation, as well as prospective legislative and regulatory developments.

Working closely with the General Technical Committee, the Scottish Technical Committee reviews technical materials to ensure they are relevant and applicable within the Scottish jurisdiction.

The committee is multidisciplinary and includes practising insolvency practitioners, solicitors, advocates and academics, providing a strong breadth of expertise and experience.
